How to Create a New User Account

Instructions for Logging In to a Web App

1. Open the Web App:

   • Launch your preferred web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
   • Enter the web app's URL in the address bar and press Enter.

2. Navigate to the Login Page:

   • Click on the Login button/link if you are not automatically directed to the login page.

3. Enter Your Credentials:

   • Username/Email: Type your registered username or email address in the designated field.
   • Password: Enter your password in the password field.

     Note: Passwords are case-sensitive, so ensure correct capitalization.

4. Optional: Enable "Remember Me":

   • If you are using a private device, check the Remember Me or Stay Signed In box (if available).

5. Solve CAPTCHA (if applicable):

   • Complete the CAPTCHA or security challenge, if prompted, to verify you are not a bot.

6. Click the Login Button:

   • Press the Login or Sign In button to proceed.

7. Two-Factor Authentication (if enabled):

   • Enter the verification code sent to your email or mobile device (if 2FA is set up).

8. Access Your Account:

   • Upon successful login, you will be redirected to your dashboard or home page.

Troubleshooting:

• Forgot Password: Use the Forgot Password link to reset your password.
• Incorrect Details: Double-check your email/username and password for typos.
• Browser Issues: Clear your browser cache or try another browser if login fails.
